Visual studio 2010 安装单机帮助，类似vs2008的索引帮助

VS2010 的单机帮助集成到web上了，无友好的索引方式，只能靠关键词搜索，而且很不方便学习。

可以安装 H3Viewer   下载地址：http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/4c360395-6afd-4087-94ed-cbcbebe04a20

步骤：

1. VS2010 安装文件 ProductDocumentation 是单机帮助文件，请安装。

2.安装H3Viewer，并更改H3view为默认帮助浏览器
