解决办法：
给应用程序目录添加IIS_WPG
打开我的电脑--［工具］--［文件夹选项］--［查看］
这时候看到［高级设置］了吧，找到［使用简单文件共享（推荐）］，把它前面的勾去掉，然后再打开文件夹属性，看看，多了个安全选项卡了吧，添加IIS_WPG权限就行了。
