PLM 10.1 无法用creo view 打开 2003版PPT ，

提示错误：未能加载文件。请检查Adobe Acrobat或Adobe Readaer安装

解决方法：

1.打开D:\ptc\Windchill_10.1\Windchill\site.xconf添加以下语句

<Property name="worker..PPT" overridable="true" targetFile="codebase/wvs.properties"     value="OFFICE"/>

 

2.在shell 里运行 ：xconfmanager -p

3.重新启动服务
