Sharepoint 2010在进行升级sp1以后，可能会出现FIMSynchronizationService 无法开启的情况，查看Event Log后，发现错误日志如下：
The service was unable to start because the version of the database does not match the version of the product.
博主进行了如下尝试，并修复了此问题。
1. 进入 管理中心-> 管理服务器上的服务
2. 停止 User Profile Service 和 User Profile Synchronization Service
3. 重新启动 上述两个 service
成功。
