[Windows][PowerShell]在Powershell中使用浏览器打开指定网页

start chrome http://www.baidu.com/
start msedge http://www.baidu.com/
上述两条命令，可以在浏览器中打开指定的网页；
前提是需要将路径添加到Windows的全局变量中；
