安装PackageControl
1，到PackageControl官网，查找到相应sublime text的版本安装信息，
sublime text 3:

2,复制相应安装信息
3，打开sublime 使用快捷键打开控制台板面Ctrl+~ 黏贴相应版本的安装代码，回车即可。
4，重启编辑器，使用Ctrl + Shift + P 输入packageControl即可安装其他插件
