Reverberation, in psychoacoustics and acoustics, is a persistence of sound after the sound is produced.[1] 

A reverberation, or reverb, is created when a sound or signal is reflected causing a large number of reflections to build up and then decay as the sound is absorbed by the surfaces of objects in the space – which could include furniture, people, and air.[2]

Reverberation is a collection of many reflections of sound.

Reverberation time is a measure of the time required for reflecting sound to "fade away" in an enclosed area after the source of the sound has stopped.

The Reverberation Time (RT) is the time the sound pressure level takes to decrease by 60 dB, after a sound source is abruptly switched off.

RT60: 声压级衰减了60dB所需时间

扩散,在声学和建筑工程中,是指声音能量在特定环境中均匀传播的效果。完美的扩散声空间是指在空间的任何地方都具有相同的关键声学特性的空间。

diffuse noise是指在空间上任意位置,噪声的特性都相同。

仿真:空间上所有位置的RIR都分别与某种噪声卷积,最后相加。
