Two objectives:
1, Reduce programming effort by integrating accelerators into the industry standard server CPU in a novel way, 因为COTS(commercial-off-the-shelf)加速器，如FPGA、NPU、GPU，有着各自的编程系统，与标准异；
2, Devise an alternative accelerator that enables high-performance, energy-efficient operations for full-time flow forwarding servers. 即使state-of-the-art服务器是高能效的，在一系列COTS加速器挂载其上之后，其能效也将变坏。
