0、整体的项目结构

1、引入POM

注意：引入时参考上面不同颜色的引入，尤其是spring-context-support这个JAR包，里面包含了处理FreeMarker的UI组件。

2、配置web.xml

说明：other-context.xml这个文件其实没有什么内容，当然，也可以将上述一些配置引入到这个文件上，效果是一致的。

4、新建模板页面welcom.ftl
