Nearly a week time has passed since I joined the new Company on March 04,2013. It's my honour to be a employee of this German Company, for the atmosphere and surroundings here are really suit me a lot and Suzhou is a very beautiful city.
At the beginning days, as a trainee of M&M Academy,I feel fresh to all the rules and tools,such as Skype and Outlook,because I've never used them before.
After orientation training, I've used to the rules here. Thank you for all your help Ming Yin,recruiting specialist who is a very nice girl .
Peolpe here are very kind,especially Andrious, our top manager.Though he's German, he speaks English Well.Also his orcl English is very easy to understand.
Now in new company ,people comunicate with each other in English.All tools, such as Miscrosoft Office and Visual Studio are all English legitimate.As you know ,such companies are very rare in China.
In the following days,I intend to make progress mainly on my orcl English as well as special software development skills .
I'll try my best to prove my worth to the company .
