PIL 是一个图像处理库，可以对图像做很多处理。目前我使用较多的是Image与ImageFilter

1. 图片读取 Image.open()

2.图片显示img.show()

5.maxFilter    maxF = im.filter(ImageFilter.MaxFilter(5))
