打开program.cs把
ESRI.ArcGIS.RuntimeManager.Bind(ESRI.ArcGIS.ProductCode.EngineOrDesktop);
这句放到Application.SetCompatibleTextRenderingDefault(false);和Application.Run(new Form1());之间应该就好了
