1、修改Alert邮件模板，首先要注意的时候最好复制一份alertstemplates.xml，然后改一下名字，我改的是
custom_alertstemplates.xml，修改自己需要的代码部分。然后运行以下下代码：
stsadm -o updatealerttemplates -url "http://xxx.com" -filename "C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedWeb Server Extensions15TEMPLATEXMLcustom_alertstemplates.xml"
2、注意下-url，原本以为能指定网站，起码是网站集吧。好赖是个Webapp吧。竟然是整个场，所以随便填就行了。
