如果按照pipeID来统计，有大约1083条管是重复的。

如果按照pipeID+ShapeLength，有大约1082条管是重复的。

由此可见，根据pipeID即可鉴定管道是否重复。

那么如何删除重复的管道呢？如果有重复，则只保留第一条数据。

unique保存到一个gdb。。

duplicate的保存到另一个gdb。。“New File Geodatabase (2).gdb”
