配置文件中文件重复

在web.xml配置文件中报错

cvc-identity-constraint.4.1: Duplicate unique value [struts2] declared for identity constraint "web-common-filter-name-  uniqueness" of element "web-app".

原因是配置文件中的内容重复，将报错处的文件删除。
