Ubuntu

  1.    modify /etc/default/locale and add the following to it
    LANG=en_US.UTF-8
    LANGUAGE=en_US.en
   2.  echo “export LANGUAGE=en_US:en” >> ~/.bashrc

CentOS

  设置 loacle 为中文环境

1）

#  vim /etc/sysconfig/i18n

LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"

2）.       设置 loacle 为英文环境

#  vim /etc/sysconfig/i18n

LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
