安装报错：

解决方法：
去掉 “date.timezone = ”这行前面的注释，改为 date.timezone = utc
修改后重启IIS，问题解决。
三。安装时提示数据库连接失败。
在确认在服务器上开通的mysql账号密码没问题后，做如下检查：
1. 在服务器上启动DOS窗口，输入：mysql -u root -p，输入密码后登录。
2. use mysql;
3. select user,password,host from user;
mysql> select user,password,host from user;
